Delivery and Return policy

Shipping Policy

RHB ships worldwide.
For customers in the Caribbean, our packages are shipped via Liat Quikpak and DHL for the Rest of the World. Caribbean customers   are charged a flat shipping fee of $30USD. All other customers are charged a flat shipping fee of $45USD.
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders require 1-2 business days for Caribbean delivery after it ships. For all other customers, orders require 3-8 business days depending on its destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order is processed and dispatched.
RHB is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  •  Before making a purchase, we ask that you contact us first with questions you may  have.
  •  Due to the personal nature of hair products, we adhere to a strict policy with  regard to exchanges as follows:
    1. The items must be mailed for exchange/refund in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its    original condition.
    2. The returned item must not be combed, brushed, washed, dyed, curled, braided, sprayed, worn and all packaging and seal must be intact. (The hair is packaged so that it can be checked for shedding or any defects without breaking the seal).
    3. Items may be returned within 5 days of the receipt for an exchange/refund.
    4. If items not meeting these conditions in 2) are returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the customer’s payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them.
    5. Incorrect or defective items may be exchanged if they are in their original, unaltered package. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as the original item is returned.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless it was a mistake made by RHB or defective item.
  • Please note Due to HEALTH & HYGIENE concerns sales of our closures are all final and are NON- returnable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers have 24 hours to cancel from the time the order has been place.
  • If you need to cancel or change an order after you have completed the payment process, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled after it has been shipped. However, they can be returned. Please see Refund and Exchange policy for further information.

  FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Your order will normally be shipped via DHL for customers outside the Caribbean and LIAT Cargo for all orders in the Caribbean to the address you provide.
  • Tracking numbers are normally sent to your email address as soon as the package is dispatched. Use this number to track your package in transit.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know.
  • Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package. Extra delivery fees will apply if you provide the incorrect address.
  • To ensure that you get your order, all packages must be signed for at the time of delivery.
  • Please note NO refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Mistakes and Delays

 If there are mistakes and delays from our end, we will do our best to correct them.
 If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping.
 Please notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 5 days after receipt of your shipment. We recommend placing your order in  advance to allow for unanticipated delays.
